Uploading these have made me incredibly hungry ... that being said, if you ever find yourself in Chiang Mai, I recommend taking a class with the Thai Secret Cooking School & Organic Farm. It was fun, fast-paced, delicious and I learned a thing or two about Thai cuisine. Best pad thai I've had since moving to Thailand!
